The first couple weeks are brutal and it doesn't really get easier. Sounds like you need to be using the P90X Recovery Drink to help with the soreness. You can get it at the Beachbody Store.

@ Andy

I forgot to ask that guy if he puked doing Plyo. I'm a "merchandise movement specialist" (stock boy) at a warehouse, so chest and back was pretty natural for me. The day I puked was day two, plyo... The next day I had to scoot down the stairs on my butt cause my legs didn't want to move. It's day four and I'm still walking around like an eighty year old man. I know it will get better, I just hope it's sooner than later!

Throw up on day one of P90X? No way! I am almost 15 years old and I could not be in better shape. Well yeah I could be in better shape I got a 6 pack and some arms with veins and stuff like that, but want to get a 8 pack, some big pecs, big shoulders, and a big back. P90x probably isn't for me cause I am such a small n I barely weigh 120 pounds, but then again I am short sooooo idk. I am only 5 "3 or '5 "4

Yeah I have always wanted to be a bodybuilder. I have worked myself beyond muscle fatigue and muscle failure.
