Busted Out The P90X Back And Biceps DVD Today
I have been sticking with my cardio routine for the past two weeks. I can tell that a lot of the bulk I had put on over the summer time with doing P90X is starting to tighten up. It feels good to firm up some of those muscles because I do not like feeling bulky. Plus, after a long night of partying or eating a little more food than I should have it really slows me down.
I have even found a workout buddy. My brother has decided to get off of his butt and start working out again. I think he realizes that he has been losing some strength. While I had been sticking with the P90X workout he had been doing a lot of running. It is easy to see that he has lost some of his strength and even he admits that.
Even though P90X Back and Biceps is not a great softball workout to do before a game I just felt like doing it. My brother and I have a double header softball game tonight and I like feeling stretched out and the muscles ready to go before I get there. By doing one of the P90X DVDs that involves using the pull up bar every 3 days instead of every other day it still maintains the muscles that I have built without putting on any bulk. I decided to do P90X Back and Biceps mainly because I had been working on the computer lately and I always get so tight in my back and shoulders area. Doing all of those upper body workouts with the weights and the chin up bar really loosens everything up. This will help my flexibility when I am swinging and fielding ground balls tonight at my softball game. It always feels really good getting done with those workouts because they are such an intense 60 minutes.
