About me
I am a quite tall (6' 7") 36 year old father of 3 wonderful kids, happily married and living in Virginia. As a Consulting Engineer at a software development company in VA, I spend a lot of time in meetings and at my desk, sitting. I am a volunteer EMT-Basic and Rescue Technician at the local Rescue Squad where I am currently a Captain. Volunteering requires a bit of heavy lifting, lots of stress and limited time to take care of yourself.
I completed my first round of P90-X in late July 2009 and am starting round 2 of P90-X on August 12, 2009! Bring it!
