About me
Wanting to serve my country as a US Marine, I was on the lookout for an intense training program to prepare me to endure the beating that OCS would become.
Enter P90X. Initially introduced to P90X by way of CNBC Sunday infomercial in 2007, it was exactly what I was looking for: a challenging fitness program guided by a professional, complete with a recommended meal plan. I needed to be pushed hard. With just 3 months to train, I couldn't afford to miss.
P90X gave me direction, guidance, a workout partner(s) and a means for achieving my lofty goals - primarily bumping my pullups from 6 to 20 and improving my cardio capability/running ability.
Thanks to P90X, I'm now a US Marine Officer. I graduated OCS as one of the better physical performers and I owe it all to TH (Tony Horton, the instructor whom you'll soon get to know), my workout partners and a bit of determination, dedication and desire.
