Do you normally ridicule people on their own websites? I don't know about you, but 2.5 hours of working out in one day is pretty hard to do. Can you do that? I would recommend you read the rest of the great posts Brad G. has written about his P90X journey to see how hard he's been working out for the past 19 months and how great and sexy he looks. After that, if you think he looks bad then you are on crack, and crack isn't good for your muscles.

@ Chris T.

I think you wasted more like 6 minutes of your time writing that post. Instead of just doing P90X the day before leaving to rage out with some old friends at Homecoming, I threw in a additional 5 MILE RUN THE SAME DAY!!! Yes, Chest Shoulders, Triceps + a 5 MILE RUN is about 2.5 hours of hardcore working out.I don't know what else I can tell you to show how P90X has worked for me. Maybe your more hardcore than I am and don't drink or give in occasionally. I did that workout so I wouldn't feel like crap when I got back home from the weekend. So even if the partying I did erased the 2.5 hours of busting my ass, I look at it as par for the course.Try looking at the glass half full next time instead of half empty. Also, I was on day 245 or something with P90X.

@ Chris T

Live a little!!

Since I knew what my weekend was going to look like I decided to be pro-active. Do you know that all the muscles you worked that day was for nothing because you drank that night and alcohol is the worst thing for your muscles. So basically it didn't matter that you ran 5 miles or did P90X before your big weekend blow out. That makes this article useless. The main point of P90x is to follow the diet and try to do 90 days without drinking or eating bad. You have wasted three minutes of my time, next time send in something i can use.

This is no help at all to me. We were the last “alumni couple” still partying. It was quite a day."

Awwwwww….now this is stuff I like to see :) We do have fun together don’t we?

“Lucky for me I have a girlfriend who likes to have a good time and does not care about being a little older than the average crowd that was there.
