Resistance Bands

If you need to pick up a set of resistance bands for the P90X workout I would suggest looking at a set of resistance bands from the Bodylastics Company. They offer quite a variety of sets of resistance bands to workout with. If you do not plan on buying a set of P90X DVDs but are just looking for a low cost way to get in a workout then doing a resistance band workout is a good way to go. If you cannot find anything at Bodylastics here are some other types of resistance bands.
